Small amounts in the right position do more here than large amounts anywhere else. Cheeks are also where over-treatment is most obvious to other people and least obvious to the person who had it done, because you adjust to your own face gradually while everyone else sees the change all at once.
Why we look at more than your cheeks
The midface sits between the eye area and the lower face and affects both. Treating it changes how the area under your eyes reads and how your smile behaves.
So we look at how tissue sits, at your proportions, and at what happens when you smile and talk. We take photographs as part of that.
Is it suitable for me?
Whether volume is the right answer depends on whether what's changed is support or skin quality. We look at both before planning anything.

Risks
Bruising and swelling are common and go down.

Facial ultrasound may be used where clinically appropriate to support anatomical assessment or treatment planning.
