Get in touch
If you want to book, use the booking link. If you want to ask something first, that's welcome, and often sensible.
Booking an appointment
Appointments are booked online. Dates are released through the booking system rather than listed here, so what you see is what's actually available. Your confirmation includes the address and everything else you need for the day.
Our Edinburgh clinic usually has the most choice of dates. At the monthly clinics, appointments in any one place are limited. If nothing suits, get in touch and we'll tell you what's coming up.
Book a consultation£50 deposit, which comes off the cost of any treatment you go on to have.
The consultation deposit
Booking a consultation takes a £50 deposit. It holds your appointment and covers the consultation.
If you go on to have treatment, that £50 comes off the price. A treatment costing £250 would leave £200 to pay.
If we decide together that treatment isn't the right idea, the £50 has still paid for the consultation and the assessment behind it.
Refundable or transferable with 48 hours' notice.
Changing or cancelling
Give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll move your appointment or refund the deposit, whichever you prefer.
Inside 48 hours, or if you don't attend, the deposit isn't refunded. Clinic time is booked out in advance and a missed appointment can't usually be filled at short notice.
If something serious comes up, tell us. We'd rather hear from you than not.
Asking a question first
Plenty of people want to know whether something is worth booking for before they book. Send us the question.
What we can't do is tell you whether a treatment is right for you, or what you need, from a message or a photograph. Assessing a face means examining it, watching it move and taking a history, and none of that survives being compressed into a photo.
Where we are
These are the hours the premises is open. Clinic appointments are by arrangement within those hours, not drop-in, so please book rather than turning up.
